Mary Estimé-Irvin is the Managing Partner of Estimé & Irvin Consulting, LLC, advising organizations on strategy, operations, and community engagement. She previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of E&I Associates, building a practice around helping institutions work effectively with the neighborhoods they serve.
Her foundation is nonprofit leadership — programs and teams devoted to youth development, workforce readiness, and family services. That work made the gaps in public systems impossible to ignore, and it still shapes how her council office handles constituent cases: document the problem, find the right department, follow up until it is resolved.
Years of political campaign management taught her the discipline of coalition building and the value of showing up consistently — at clergy breakfasts, business corridors, clean-ups, and kitchen tables — not only during election season.
Sworn in as District 3 Councilwoman in 2019, she has devoted her tenure to youth and women's empowerment, minority business support, and the essential work of transportation and infrastructure — securing millions in funding for local small businesses along the way — while carrying the district's priorities to county and state decision-makers.
